On Monday, 20th November, Year 12 maths students attended Maths Inspiration, along with students from across London. There were four inspiring maths speakers, exploring the mathematics of crowds, the maths of gambling (a cautionary tale!), and even some live music.

The students had a fantastic time and behaved impeccably. One Charter student contributed to the Q&A with the question: "Would you rather eat 7 rubbers every day, or 1 tyre a month?" The mathematicians pondered this conundrum at length!
