Year 7 & 8 Quiz Challenge

On Friday 15 November some of our most enthusiastic readers in Year 7 and 8 travelled to Dulwich College to take part in an exciting quiz competition hosted by Children's Writers and Illustrators for Stories and Literacy (CWISL).
Twelve schools took part in a fun afternoon answering questions on a wide variety of topics ranging from different genres to character clothing and book covers. Authors gave readings from their work between rounds and were on hand to sign copies of their books and chat to students.
A raffle to win stationary, stickers and book accessories rounded off a great event. All of our students enjoyed themselves and we look forward to returning again next year.
